Terms of Service | PikeNHot Sauna

1. Who you're contracting with

These terms are between you and Pike N Hot, operating a sauna and cold-water recovery studio at Glanmire GAA Club, Sallybrook, Glanmire, T45 XE36. Contact: hello@pikenhot.ie.

2. Acceptance

By using this website, booking a session, or holding a membership, you agree to these terms.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian booking on your behalf.

4. Bookings and memberships

Sessions can be booked as drop-ins or included in a monthly membership. Membership sessions do not roll over month to month. Arrival at the studio, use of the sauna and cold plunge, and safety instructions all fall under the studio's on-site rules, which you agree to follow.

5. Health & safety

Sauna and cold-water immersion are strenuous activities. Do not use the studio if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, are under the influence of alcohol, or if a doctor has advised against heat/cold therapy. Follow all posted rules and staff instructions. You use our facilities at your own risk.

7. Payments

Online bookings and memberships are paid for through our payment processor. You will receive a confirmation email for every transaction. For in-studio payments, we accept card and cash at the front desk.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or facility. That means no fraud, no interference with security, no infringement of anyone's rights, no unlawful activity, and no automated scraping.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, photos, copy, code — belongs to Pike N Hot. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse it without permission.

10. Service level and liability

We work hard to keep the site and studio running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or behaviour that puts other guests or staff at risk.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
